What first drew me to the real estate profession was my passion for learning and the love I have for real estate itself. Working in real estate, I have the opportunity to pass along the knowledge I have gained over 13 years buying and selling real estate to help my clients successfully make one of the biggest decisions in their lives.
Prior to starting my career as a real estate Agent, I completed a Bachelor of Laws degree with a focus on Property law and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. The knowledge and insight I have gained from these professional degrees has allowed me to provide my clients with a unique understanding of both the legal and financial processes and procedures surrounding a real estate transaction.
In 2012, I founded my first real estate company with the purpose of creating a diversified real investment portfolio. As the company grew, I had the opportunity to gain significant experience in evaluating and analyzing various real estate investment options. This particular knowledge allows me to assist my clients in building successful real estate investment portfolios and understand how to differentiate between a good investment property and a poor one.
After the success of my investment company, I then went on to start my own development company in the Ottawa area. Since then, the company has expanded into the Toronto market and plans are underway to expand internationally. The work done in this field has provided me with a unique understanding of what actually goes into a home from start to finish. My clients, therefore, benefit from my construction knowledge when evaluating a home they’re interested in. Understanding the costs that may be required down the road can definitely provide extra piece of mind.
Since winning Rookie of the Year my first year, I have consistently won awards for being at the top of my profession and for the hard work and dedication I give to the people I work with. I truly love what I do and I hope that passion and excitement shows through in my effort and determination to make your real estate transaction a successful one.
